1. Definitive registration of the entity results in the Institute of Registries and Notary (IRN, I. P.) making available information associated with the entity on a specific web page dedicated to the entity, which allows, in particular, access to its registration status, to the online registration services and to the history of its interaction with the registry services, on terms to be laid down by order (portaria) of the member of the Government responsible for justice.

P., de informação associada à entidade, em página eletrónica específica dedicada à entidade, que permite, nomeadamente, o acesso à sua situação de registo, aos serviços online de registo e ao histórico de interação com os serviços de registo, em termos a determinar por portaria do membro do Governo responsável pela área da justiça.
2. The entity’s web page may also contain information held by other public bodies, on terms to be laid down by resolution of the governing board of the Institute of Registries and Notary (IRN, I. P.), without prejudice to applicable special legislation.

3. The Institute of Registries and Notary (IRN, I. P.), as the managing entity of the entity’s web page, is the controller of the personal data contained on it.
