CRC Article 4: Cooperatives

The following facts relating to cooperatives are subject to registration:

Estão sujeitos a registo os seguintes factos relativos a cooperativas:

a) The incorporation of the cooperative;

a) A constituição da cooperativa;

b) The appointment and termination of office, for any reason other than the expiry of the term, of officers (directores), representatives and liquidators;

b) A nomeação e cessação de funções, por qualquer causa que não seja o decurso do tempo, de directores, representantes e liquidatários;

c) (Repealed.)

c) (Revogada.)

d) The extension of duration, conversion, merger, division and any other amendment to the statutes;

d) A prorrogação, transformação, fusão, cisão e qualquer outra alteração dos estatutos;

e) Dissolution and the closure of the liquidation.

e) A dissolução e encerramento da liquidação.

Points (a) to (e) are retained, with (c) repealed and the exclusion of terminations caused by expiry of the term in point (b).
