The following facts relating to individual limited liability establishments are subject to registration:
Estão sujeitos a registo os seguintes factos relativos a estabelecimentos individuais de responsabilidade limitada:
b) The increase and reduction of the capital of the establishment;
b) O aumento e redução do capital do estabelecimento;
c) The transfer of the establishment by act inter vivos and its lease;
c) A transmissão do estabelecimento por acto entre vivos e a sua locação;
d) The creation by act inter vivos of a usufruct or a pledge over the establishment;
d) A constituição por acto entre vivos de usufruto e de penhor sobre o estabelecimento;
g) The entry into liquidation and the closure of the liquidation of the establishment;
g) A entrada em liquidação e o encerramento da liquidação do estabelecimento;
h) The appointment and termination of office, prior to the end of the liquidation, of the liquidator of the establishment, where the liquidator is not its owner.
h) A designação e cessação de funções, anterior ao termo da liquidação, do liquidatário do estabelecimento, quando não seja o respectivo titular.
Points (a) to (h) are retained, including the inter vivos limitation in points (c) and (d) and the condition in point (h) that the liquidator is not the owner.
