1. Standing to apply for registration acts relating to sole traders, save as referred to in paragraph 2, and to legal persons subject to registration lies with those persons themselves or their representatives and with all other persons having an interest in such acts.
1 - Para pedir os actos de registo respeitantes a comerciantes individuais, salvo o referido no n.º 2, e a pessoas colectivas sujeitas a registo têm legitimidade os próprios ou seus representantes e todas as demais pessoas que neles tenham interesse.
2. Registration of the commencement, alteration and cessation of business of a sole trader, as well as of a change of their principal establishment, may only be applied for by the sole trader or by their representative.
2 - O registo do início, alteração e cessação de actividade do comerciante individual, bem como da mudança do seu estabelecimento principal, só pode ser pedido pelo próprio ou pelo seu representante.
3. Only the promoters concerned have standing to apply for provisional registration of the articles of association of a public limited company with an invitation to the public to subscribe for shares.
3 - Para o pedido de registo provisório do contrato de sociedade anónima com apelo a subscrição pública de acções só têm legitimidade os respectivos promotores.
4. The Public Prosecution Service has standing to apply for registration of the actions brought by it and of the respective final decisions.
4 - O Ministério Público tem legitimidade para pedir os registos das acções por ele propostas e respectivas decisões finais.
5. Except as regards registration of actions and other judicial measures, only the entity subject to registration has standing to apply for registration of acts to be effected by filing, without prejudice to the provisions of the following article.
5 - Salvo no que respeita ao registo de acções e outras providências judiciais, para pedir o registo de actos a efectuar por depósito apenas tem legitimidade a entidade sujeita a registo, sem prejuízo do disposto no artigo seguinte.
The general standing of the persons concerned, their representatives and interested persons, the exclusive standing of the sole trader (para. 2) and of promoters (para. 3), the Public Prosecution Service's standing, and the exclusive standing of the entity for registrations by filing (save actions and judicial measures) are retained.
