1. Documents may be filed for registration in person, by post or electronically, under terms to be regulated by order (portaria) of the member of the Government responsible for justice.

2. Documents filed in person are noted in the order in which the applications are delivered.

4. Documents filed by post are noted with the remark «correspondence» on the day of receipt, immediately after the last filing made in person.

5. Documents filed electronically are noted, which takes place only once payment of the amounts due has been communicated, in the order laid down by the order (portaria) referred to in paragraph 1.

6. An application for registration by filing is not subject to the noting of a filing, without prejudice to the application of the rules in the preceding paragraphs to the ordering of applications.
