1. Registration of companies whose incorporation is subject to any special authorisation requires the archiving of the corresponding supporting document, unless the act of incorporation is executed by public deed that mentions that authorisation.

2. Prior registration of the articles of association is effected on the basis of the complete draft of those articles.

3. Conversion of the registration referred to in the preceding paragraph into a definitive registration is made on the basis of the articles of association.

4. Provisional registration of the articles of association of a public limited company with an invitation to public subscription for shares is drawn up on the basis of the complete draft articles, with the signatures of all the interested parties authenticated, a document evidencing the paying up of the shares subscribed by them and, where necessary, the authorisation for the public subscription or issue of shares.
4 - O registo provisório do contrato de sociedade anónima com apelo à subscrição pública de acções é lavrado em face do projecto completo do contrato, com reconhecimento das assinaturas de todos os interessados, de documento comprovativo da liberação das acções por eles subscritas e, quando necessário, da autorização para a subscrição pública ou emissão de acções.
