1. Provisional registrations for doubts are cancelled on the basis of a declaration by their holder.

2. The declarant’s signature must be certified in person if it is not made in the presence of the official of the registry office competent for the registration.

3. Where there are registrations dependent on the registrations referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, the consent of their holders is also required, given in a declaration with the same formality.
3 - No caso de existirem registos dependentes dos registos referidos no n.º 1 deste artigo, é igualmente necessário o consentimento dos respectivos titulares, prestado em declaração com idêntica formalidade.
4. The provisional registration of an action or of interim proceedings is cancelled on the basis of a certificate of the final decision that dismisses the claim against the defendant on the merits or dismisses the proceedings without a decision on the merits, declares the proceedings extinguished or declares them interrupted, if the registry office is unable to access the necessary information by electronic means.
4 - O cancelamento do registo provisório de acção e de procedimento cautelar é feito com base em certidão da decisão transitada em julgado que absolva o réu do pedido ou da instância, a julgue extinta ou a declare interrompida, se o serviço de registo não conseguir aceder à informação necessária por meios electrónicos.
