1. Provisional registrations of actions and provisional registration of interim proceedings for the suspension of company resolutions are made on the basis of a certified full copy of the pleading or a duplicate of it, accompanied by proof of its submission to the court.
1 - Os registos provisórios de acção e o de procedimento cautelar de suspensão de deliberações sociais são feitos com base em certidão de teor do articulado ou em duplicado deste, acompanhado de prova da sua apresentação a juízo.
2. If the filing is made by the party’s lawyer in the proceedings (mandatário judicial), it is sufficient to deliver a copy of the pleading and a declaration of its prior or simultaneous submission to the court, stating the date of submission.
2 - Se a apresentação for feita pelo mandatário judicial é suficiente a entrega da cópia do articulado e de declaração da sua prévia ou simultânea apresentação em juízo com indicação da respectiva data.
The documentary basis (certified copy or duplicate of the pleading with proof of submission to court) and the simplified rule where the lawyer files, including the declaration of prior or simultaneous submission and its date, are retained.
