2 - O registo das representações permanentes de sociedades com sede principal e efectiva no estrangeiro é feito em face de documento comprovativo da deliberação social que a estabeleça, do texto completo e actualizado do contrato de sociedade e de documento que prove a existência jurídica deste.
3. For the purposes of registering the appointment of the representatives, a document evidencing the appointment and their respective powers must be submitted and, where that document does not contain them, a declaration of acceptance of the appointment and a declaration stating that they are not aware of any circumstances liable to disqualify them from holding the office.
3 - Para efeitos de registo da designação dos representantes, deve ser apresentado documento comprovativo da designação e respetivos poderes e, quando deste não constem, declaração de aceitação da designação e declaração da qual conste não terem conhecimento de circunstâncias suscetíveis de os inibir para a ocupação do cargo.
