a) Where the application does not follow the approved template, where this is required;

2. An application for registration by filing must be rejected:
2 - O pedido de registo por depósito deve ser rejeitado:
a) In the situations referred to in the preceding paragraph;
a) Nas situações referidas no número anterior;
b) If the applicant does not have standing to apply for the registration;
b) Se o requerente não tiver legitimidade para requerer o registo;
c) Where the first registration of the entity has not been made, as provided for in Article 61;
c) Quando não se mostre efectuado o primeiro registo da entidade, nos termos previstos no artigo 61.º;
3. Where a ground for rejecting registration by transcription or by filing is found, the application is entered as a filing in the journal, or a mention of the application is made with the particulars available.
3 - Verificada a existência de causa de rejeição de registo por transcrição ou por depósito, é feita a apresentação do pedido no diário ou feita menção do pedido com os elementos disponíveis.
4. The preceding paragraph does not apply to the situations provided for in point (c) of paragraph 1.
4 - O disposto no número anterior não se aplica às situações previstas na alínea c) do n.º 1.
5. The rejection of the filing or of the application must be stated, with reasons, in a decision to be notified to the interested party for the purposes of challenge under Articles 101 et seq., and the provisions on refusal apply to it with the necessary adaptations.
5 - A rejeição da apresentação ou do pedido deve ser fundamentada em despacho a notificar ao interessado, para efeitos de impugnação, nos termos do disposto nos artigos 101.º e seguintes, aplicando-se-lhe, com as devidas adaptações, as disposições relativas à recusa.
6. Where the entity is registered without having been assigned a legal person identification number, the registry office notifies the National Register of Legal Persons (RNPC) of that fact so that the entity is entered, on the same day, in the central file of legal persons.
6 - Nos casos em que a entidade se encontre registada sem número de identificação de pessoa colectiva atribuído, a conservatória comunica tal facto ao Registo Nacional de Pessoas Colectivas de modo que se proceda, no próprio dia, à inscrição da entidade no ficheiro central de pessoas colectivas.
7. The grounds for rejection provided for in paragraph 2 may be verified at any time until the registration is made.
7 - A verificação das causas de rejeição previstas no n.º 2 pode efectuar-se até à realização do registo.
8. Without prejudice to Article 114(8), where the ground for rejection provided for in point (b) of paragraph 1 is found after the application has been entered as a filing in the journal, the registration is refused.
8 - Sem prejuízo do disposto no n.º 8 do artigo 114.º, a verificação da causa de rejeição prevista na alínea b) do n.º 1 após a apresentação do pedido no diário dá lugar à recusa.
