1. Information on the existence of an employment relationship, its continuation and other legally required information relating to an employment relationship in national territory is proven by consulting the information system of the social security or of the Tax and Customs Authority.

2. Where it is not possible to access the information provided for in the preceding paragraph, or where additional evidence needs to be submitted, the applicant shall submit a copy of the promise of an employment contract or of the employment contract and of the pay slips for the last three months, in compliance with Article 51(8).

3. Where the employment relationship concerns a professional activity performed remotely for parties outside national territory, information on the existence of the employment relationship, its continuation and other legally required information is proven by presenting an employment contract or a declaration from the employer, in compliance with Article 51(9).

4. Information proving registration as a job-seeker is proven by consulting the information system of the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP).
