1. Information proving the existence of an incubation contract, and other legally required information relating to it, is proven by consulting the databases of IAPMEI – Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (IAPMEI).

2. Where it is not possible to access the information as provided in the preceding paragraph, it shall be proven by a declaration issued by IAPMEI, in compliance with Article 51(8).
