1. Information on the practice of a regulated profession subject to special qualifications or certifications is proven by consulting the databases of the public entity responsible for the recognition of professional qualifications, of the relevant professional association (ordem) or of another body regulating the profession.
1 - A informação sobre o exercício de profissão regulamentada que se encontre sujeita a qualificações ou certificações especiais é comprovada através de consulta às bases de dados da entidade pública responsável pelo reconhecimento de qualificações profissionais, pela respetiva ordem profissional ou outra entidade reguladora da profissão.
2. Where it is not possible to access the information as provided in the preceding paragraph, it shall be proven by a declaration issued by the public entity responsible for the recognition of professional qualifications, by the relevant professional association or by another body regulating the profession, in compliance with Article 51(8).

3. Information on the practice of a non-regulated profession that requires high professional qualifications or technical qualifications for the activity or sector, or on professional experience and qualifications compatible with the duties to be performed, is proven by a declaration issued by a representative body or by the employer, in compliance with Article 51(8).
