Artigo 101.º-A · Oposição dos credores

Código das Sociedades Comerciais · Decree-Law No. 262/86 · consolidated text checked 26 October 2026

#

Within three months after publication of registration of the draft terms, creditors of the participating companies whose claims predate that publication may lodge a judicial objection to the merger on the ground that it prejudices the satisfaction of their rights, provided that, at least 15 days previously, they requested that the company satisfy their claim or provide adequate security and their request has not been met.
