a) Of the formation of companies, before the articles of association have been executed in the required form;

b) Of the formation of companies that is dependent on a special authorisation, before that authorisation is granted;

c) Of the provisional formation of public limited companies with an invitation to public subscription for shares;

d) Those made while an administrative appeal or judicial challenge against the refusal of the registration is pending, or until the period for bringing it has expired.

The surviving points of paragraph 1 ((a) to (c), (e), (j) and (n)) and of paragraph 2 ((b) to (d)), and the repealed points, are retained with their letters.
