1. The content of the following registration acts is notified electronically, ex officio and free of charge, to the tax authorities and social security services:
1 - É oficiosa e gratuitamente comunicado, por via electrónica, o conteúdo dos seguintes actos de registo aos serviços da administração tributária e da segurança social:
b) Amendments to the statutes concerning legal form, business name, name or corporate name, registered office or location of the principal establishment, capital and object;
b) As alterações aos estatutos quanto à natureza jurídica, à firma, ao nome ou à denominação, à sede ou à localização de estabelecimento principal, ao capital e ao objecto;
c) The appointment and termination of office, for any reason other than expiry of the term, of the management and supervisory bodies;
c) A designação e cessação de funções, por qualquer causa que não seja o decurso do tempo, dos órgãos de administração e fiscalização;
e) The appointment and termination of office of liquidators before closure of the liquidation;
e) A designação e cessação de funções, anterior ao encerramento da liquidação, de liquidatários;
f) The appointment and removal from office of the insolvency administrator;
f) A nomeação e destituição do administrador de insolvência;
2. For the purposes of point (g) of the preceding paragraph, the entity’s representative for tax purposes must be indicated when closure of the liquidation is registered, in accordance with Article 19(4) of Decree-Law No. 398/98 of 17 December.
2 - Para os efeitos do disposto na alínea g) do número anterior, no momento do registo do encerramento da liquidação deve ser obrigatoriamente indicado o representante da entidade para efeitos tributários, nos termos do n.º 4 do artigo 19.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 398/98, de 17 de Dezembro.
3. Mandatory notifications made under the preceding paragraphs mean that the tax authorities and social security services may not require the corresponding returns to be submitted.
3 - As comunicações obrigatórias efectuadas nos termos dos números anteriores determinam que os serviços da administração tributária e da segurança social não podem exigir a apresentação das respectivas declarações.
