1. All amendments to the articles of association or instrument of constitution of the legal person or individual limited liability establishment give rise to a single entry, provided that they are contained in the same instrument.
1 - Todas as alterações do contrato ou acto constitutivo da pessoa colectiva ou estabelecimento individual de responsabilidade limitada dão lugar a uma só inscrição, desde que constem do mesmo título.
2. The appointment or reappointment of managers, directors, officers (directores), members of the supervisory body, liquidators and company secretaries made in the instrument of constitution of the legal person or individual limited liability establishment, or in the instrument amending it, is not subject to a separate entry and must be included, as the case may be, in the entry of the instrument of constitution or of its amendment.
2 - A nomeação ou recondução dos gerentes, administradores, directores, membros do órgão de fiscalização, liquidatários e secretários da sociedade feita no título constitutivo da pessoa colectiva ou estabelecimento individual de responsabilidade limitada ou da sua alteração não tem inscrição autónoma, devendo constar, consoante os casos, da inscrição do acto constitutivo ou da sua alteração.
3. The appointment of the insolvency administrator, the assignment to the debtor of the administration of the insolvency estate and the prohibition on the debtor acting as administrator from performing certain acts without the consent of the insolvency administrator, when ordered simultaneously with the declaration of insolvency, are not subject to a separate entry and must be included in the entry that publicises the latter fact; a joint entry is also made in respect of those facts where they are ordered simultaneously at a time after that declaration.
3 - A nomeação de administrador judicial da insolvência, a atribuição ao devedor da administração da massa insolvente e a proibição ao devedor administrador da prática de certos actos sem o consentimento do administrador judicial, quando determinadas simultaneamente com a declaração de insolvência, não têm inscrição autónoma, devendo constar da inscrição que publicita este último facto; a inscrição conjunta é também feita em relação aos factos referidos que sejam determinados simultaneamente em momento posterior àquela declaração.
4. The appointment of a curator to an insolvent sole trader, when made in the judgment declaring that trader’s legal incapacity (inabilitação), is registered in the entry relating to the latter fact.
4 - A nomeação de curador ao comerciante individual insolvente, quando efectuada na sentença de inabilitação daquele, é registada na inscrição respeitante a este último facto.
5. The combination provided for in the preceding paragraphs is permitted only if the assessment of the acts on examination (qualificação) is the same.
