1. The following registration acts must be published:
1 - É obrigatória a publicação dos seguintes actos de registo:
a) Those provided for in Article 3, where they concern private limited companies, public limited companies or partnerships limited by shares, provided that they are subject to mandatory registration, except those referred to in points (c), (e), (f) and (i) of paragraph 1 of that Article;
a) Os previstos no artigo 3.º, quando respeitem a sociedades por quotas, anónimas ou em comandita por acções, desde que sujeitas a registo obrigatório, salvo os das alíneas c), e), f) e i) do n.º 1;
d) Those provided for in points (c), (d) and (h) of Article 9;
d) Os previstos nas alíneas c), d) e h) do artigo 9.º;
e) Those provided for in points (c) and (d) of Article 10;
e) Os previstos nas alíneas c) e d) do artigo 10.º
f) The annotation of cancellation referred to in Article 27(2).
f) O averbamento de cancelamento a que se refere o n.º 2 do artigo 27.º
2. The publications referred to in the preceding paragraph must be made on a publicly accessible website, regulated by order (portaria) of the Minister of Justice, on which the published information can be accessed, in particular in chronological order.
2 - As publicações referidas no número anterior devem ser feitas em sítio na Internet de acesso público, regulado por portaria do Ministro da Justiça, no qual a informação objecto de publicidade possa ser acedida, designadamente por ordem cronológica.
4. The incorporation and the closure of the liquidation of a European economic interest grouping (EEIG), and the facts whose registration gives rise to the opening or cancellation of the registration file of a European public limited-liability company (SE), are published in the Official Journal of the European Union after the publication referred to in paragraph 2.
4 - A constituição e o encerramento da liquidação de um agrupamento europeu de interesse económico, bem como os factos cujo registo determina a abertura ou o cancelamento da matrícula de uma sociedade anónima europeia, são publicados no Jornal Oficial da União Europeia após a publicação referida no n.º 2.
The list of registration acts subject to mandatory publication (including the exceptions to Article 3(1)), the publicly accessible website regulated by ministerial order, and the subsequent publication in the Official Journal of the European Union for EEIGs and SEs are retained.
