1. The following facts are registered by annotation to the entries to which they relate:
1 - São registados por averbamento às inscrições a que respeitam os seguintes factos:
l) The reappointment or termination of office of managers, directors, officers (directores), representatives and liquidators;
l) A recondução ou cessação de funções de gerentes, administradores, directores, representantes e liquidatários;
q) The termination of office of the insolvency administrator and of the interim insolvency administrator;
q) A cessação de funções do administrador judicial e do administrador judicial provisório da insolvência;
r) The court decision prohibiting the insolvent debtor from performing certain acts without the consent of the insolvency administrator, where that prohibition is not ordered together with the assignment to the debtor of the administration of the insolvency estate;
r) A decisão judicial de proibição ao devedor insolvente da prática de certos actos sem o consentimento do administrador da insolvência, quando tal proibição não for determinada conjuntamente com a atribuição ao devedor da administração da massa insolvente;
s) The court decision terminating the administration of the insolvency estate by the debtor;
s) A decisão judicial que ponha termo à administração da massa insolvente pelo devedor;
t) The court decision on early termination of the procedure for discharge of remaining debts of a sole trader, and the court decision revoking that discharge;
t) A decisão judicial de cessação antecipada do procedimento de exoneração do passivo restante de comerciante individual e a de revogação dessa exoneração;
u) The court decision confirming the end of the period of supervision of the implementation of an insolvency plan.
u) A decisão judicial de confirmação do fim do período de fiscalização incidente sobre a execução de plano de insolvência.
v) The declaration of loss of the right to use a business name or corporate name.
v) A declaração de perda do direito ao uso de firma ou denominação.
2. The following are also registered in accordance with the preceding paragraph:

b) The final decision in actions that have been entered in the register;
b) A decisão final das acções inscritas;
c) The conversion of provisional registrations into definitive registrations, in whole or in part;
c) A conversão em definitivos, no todo ou em parte, dos registos provisórios;
e) The nomination of a third party, or the failure to nominate one, under a contract for a person to be nominated;
e) A nomeação de terceiro ou a sua não nomeação em contrato para pessoa a nomear;
f) The total or partial cancellation of registrations.
f) O cancelamento, total ou parcial, dos registos.
3. The annotations referred to in paragraph 1 may be made provisionally for doubts.
3 - Podem ser feitos provisoriamente por dúvidas os averbamentos referidos no n.º 1.
4. Conversion into a definitive registration of the entry of an action in which a registered fact is held to have been modified or extinguished, or in which a registration is declared null or annulled, triggers the corresponding ex officio annotation of amendment or cancellation.
4 - A conversão em definitiva da inscrição de acção em que se julgue modificado ou extinto um facto registado, ou se declare nulo ou anulado um registo, determina o correspondente averbamento oficioso de alteração ou cancelamento.
5. The judgment referred to in Article 64(1)(e) becoming final triggers annotation of conversion of the corresponding registration into a definitive registration.
5 - O trânsito em julgado da sentença prevista na alínea e) do n.º 1 do artigo 64.º determina o averbamento de conversão em definitivo do correspondente registo.
6. The court decisions referred to in point (s) of paragraph 1 are annotated, respectively, to the entry of the initial order on discharge of remaining debts and to the entry of the final order granting that discharge.
6 - As decisões judiciais previstas na alínea s) do n.º 1 são averbadas, respectivamente, à inscrição do despacho inicial de exoneração do passivo restante e à do despacho final que determine essa exoneração.
7. The court decision referred to in point (t) of paragraph 1 is annotated to the entry of the decision closing the insolvency proceedings that publicises the subjection of the implementation of the insolvency plan to supervision.
7 - A decisão judicial prevista na alínea t) do n.º 1 é averbada à inscrição da decisão de encerramento do processo de insolvência que publicite a sujeição da execução de plano de insolvência a fiscalização.
8. The termination of office referred to in point (l) of paragraph 1 is annotated ex officio and free of charge, following notification to the Institute of Registries and Notary, I. P. (IRN, I. P.) of decisions on disqualification and removal from office for the purpose of including that information in the database of disqualifications and removals from office.
8 - A cessação de funções prevista na alínea l) do n.º 1 é averbada oficiosa e gratuitamente, na sequência da comunicação ao Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado, I. P., das decisões de inibição e de destituição para efeitos de integração da informação na base de dados de inibições e destituições.
The surviving points (l) and (q) to (v) of paragraph 1, the provisional annotation for doubts, the ex officio annotations in paragraphs 4 and 8 and the cross-references in paragraphs 5 to 8 (including the apparent point-letter mismatch in paragraphs 6 and 7) are retained.
