For consultation only, the following information on private limited companies, public limited companies and partnerships limited by shares, and on permanent representations and external financial branches of limited liability companies with their registered office in another Member State, is made available ex officio and free of charge on the European e-Justice Portal:
1 - Para simples consulta, é oficiosa e gratuitamente disponibilizada no Portal Europeu da Justiça Eletrónica a seguinte informação sobre as sociedades por quotas, anónimas e em comandita por ações, bem como sobre as representações permanentes e sucursais financeiras exteriores de sociedades de responsabilidade limitada com sede noutro Estado-Membro:
c) Registered office of the legal persons entered in the commercial register.

d) Legal person identification number and its European unique identifier (EUID);
d) Número de identificação de pessoa coletiva e o seu identificador único europeu (EUID);
e) Status of the company, in particular whether it has been closed or is in liquidation or dissolution;

g) Legal representatives and other persons who may act on behalf of the company;
g) Representantes legais e outras pessoas que podem agir em nome da sociedade;
h) Any permanent representation registered by the company in another Member State, including its name, registration number, EUID and the Member State in which it is registered.

2. An explanatory summary of the rules on the effectiveness against third parties of facts subject to registration is made available on the website to be designated by order of the member of the Government responsible for justice.

The eight items of company information made available free of charge on the European e-Justice Portal, the entities covered (including branches of limited liability companies from other Member States) and the summary of the rules on effectiveness against third parties are retained.
