1. Once registration has been made, the registry office must arrange for the relevant publications immediately and at the expense of the interested party.
1 - Efectuado o registo, a conservatória deve promover, imediatamente e a expensas do interessado, as respectivas publicações.
2. The publications referred to in paragraph 4 of the preceding Article are arranged within five days of registration.
2 - As publicações a que se refere o n.º 4 do artigo anterior são promovidas no prazo de cinco dias a contar do registo.
3. Publications are made on the basis of data transmitted electronically between the registry office and the Directorate-General of Registries and Notary and, only where that means is not available, on the basis of certificates issued by the registry office or certificates issued by a notary’s office or court of law and attached to the application for registration, which must be sent to the Directorate-General of Registries and Notary within the period provided for in paragraph 1, by post or by fax or email, in accordance with Article 2(1) and Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 66/2005 of 15 March, applied with the necessary adaptations.
3 - As publicações efectuam-se com base nos dados transmitidos por via electrónica entre a conservatória e a Direcção-Geral dos Registos e do Notariado e, apenas nos casos em que este meio não esteja disponível, com base em certidões passadas na conservatória ou com base em certidões passadas em cartório notarial ou tribunal judicial e juntas ao pedido de registo, as quais devem ser remetidas à Direcção-Geral dos Registos e do Notariado, no prazo previsto no n.º 1, por via postal ou ainda por telecópia ou por correio electrónico, nos termos do n.º 1 do artigo 2.º e do artigo 4.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 66/2005, de 15 de Março, aplicáveis com as necessárias adaptações.
4. Certificates issued by registry offices for the purposes of the publications referred to in paragraph 4 of the preceding Article must contain the particulars whose publication is required by the applicable Community legislation.
4 - As certidões emitidas pelas conservatórias para efeitos das publicações referidas no n.º 4 do artigo anterior devem conter as indicações cuja publicitação é exigida pela legislação comunitária aplicável.
5. Publications must be noted on the registration record, and the registrar and any registry officer are competent to sign that note.
5 - As publicações devem ser anotadas na ficha de registo, sendo competentes para a sua assinatura o conservador e qualquer oficial dos registos.
