2. Publication of the articles of association or statutes governing the legal person, and of amendments to them, is made in accordance with the preceding paragraph, with special mention of the filing of the updated text of the articles of association or statutes.

4. Publication of the information contained in companies’ accounts filing documents does not include the statutory audit report, but it discloses:
4 - A publicação da informação constante dos documentos de prestação de contas das sociedades não inclui a certificação legal das contas, mas é nelas divulgado:
a) Whether the audit opinion is unqualified or qualified, whether an adverse opinion is issued, or whether the statutory auditor is unable to express an audit opinion;
a) Se o parecer de revisão traduz uma opinião sem reservas ou com reservas, se é emitida uma opinião adversa ou se o revisor oficial de contas não está em condições de exprimir uma opinião de revisão;
b) Whether the statutory audit report refers to any matter to which the statutory auditor has drawn attention by way of emphasis without qualifying the audit opinion.
