The registration file is cancelled ex officio, by means of an entry:
A matrícula é oficiosamente cancelada, por meio de inscrição:
a) Upon the definitive registration of facts having the effect of extinguishing the registered entity;
a) Com o registo definitivo de factos que tenham por efeito a extinção da entidade registada;
b) If the provisional registration on which its opening depended is not converted into a definitive registration within the legal time limit;
b) Se a conversão em definitivo do registo provisório, na dependência do qual foi aberta, não se efectuar dentro do prazo legal;
c) If it was opened in dependence on an act that was refused, where the assessment decision has not been challenged within the legal time limit or, where it has been challenged, if any of the facts provided for in Article 111(2) occurs;
c) Se aberta na dependência de um acto recusado, se o despacho de qualificação não tiver sido impugnado no prazo legal ou, tendo-o sido, se se verificar algum dos factos previstos no n.º 2 do artigo 111.º;
d) Upon the definitive registration of the transfer of the registered office abroad.
d) Com o registo definitivo de transferência de sede para o estrangeiro.
