1. Definitive registration of the establishment, amendment and closure of a permanent representation of a Portuguese private limited company, public limited company or partnership limited by shares, made in another Member State and communicated through the system of interconnection of registers of the European Union, triggers ex officio registration of that fact in the national commercial register.
1 - O registo definitivo de criação, alteração e encerramento de representação permanente de sociedade portuguesa por quotas, anónima e em comandita por ações, efetuado noutro Estado-Membro e comunicado através do sistema de interconexão dos registos da União Europeia, determina o registo oficioso desse facto no registo comercial nacional.
2. Definitive registrations of facts giving rise to the opening and closure of any liquidation or insolvency proceedings, and cancellation of the registration file, where they concern private limited companies, public limited companies or partnerships limited by shares with permanent representations registered in other Member States, are communicated to the competent register of the Member State in which the representation is located through the system of interconnection of registers of the European Union.
