Whenever, in the processing of an application for family reunification made under Article 98(1), the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) approves the application under this Law, the sponsor’s family member shall be given the residence visa for reunification, so as to allow them to enter national territory.
Check the reference to Article 98(1) and that the visa is to be given to the sponsor’s family member once AIMA has approved the application.
We map the visa and residence route that fits your activity, prepare the company side (contracts, payroll, registrations) and coordinate with immigration lawyers for the application itself. A written answer and a fixed quote within one working day.
