1. Members' contributions must be made no later than the execution of the articles of association, subject to the following paragraphs.
1 - As entradas dos sócios devem ser realizadas até ao momento da celebração do contrato, sem prejuízo do disposto nos números seguintes.
2. Where permitted by law, contributions may be made up to the end of the first financial year, calculated from the date of definitive registration of the articles of association.
2 - Sempre que a lei o permita, as entradas podem ser realizadas até ao termo do primeiro exercício económico, a contar da data do registo definitivo do contrato de sociedade.
3. In the cases and on the terms permitted by law, members may provide in the articles for the deferral of cash contributions.
3 - Nos casos e nos termos em que a lei o permita, os sócios podem estipular contratualmente o diferimento das entradas em dinheiro.
