1. During the period between execution of the articles of association and their definitive registration, relations between the members are governed, with the necessary adaptations, by the rules in the articles and in this law, except those presupposing definitive registration of the articles.

2. Whatever form of company the parties intend to establish, inter vivos transfers of company interests and amendments to the articles always require the unanimous consent of the members.
