1. The PSP has competence to enforce the removal measures referred to in the preceding Article.
1 - É competente para a execução das medidas de afastamento referidas no artigo anterior a PSP.
2. Whenever a removal decision taken by a competent national authority is enforced by a Member State of the European Union or by a State Party to the Implementing Convention, the PSP shall provide the competent authority of the enforcing State with all the documents needed to prove that the removal measure is enforceable on a permanent basis.
2 - Sempre que a decisão de afastamento, tomada por autoridade nacional competente, seja executada por um Estado membro da União Europeia ou por um Estado Parte na Convenção de Aplicação, a PSP fornece à entidade competente do Estado de execução todos os documentos necessários para comprovar que a natureza executória da medida de afastamento tem caráter permanente.
3. The PSP is authorised to create and maintain a personal data file for the purposes of this Section, subject to compliance with the constitutional and statutory rules on data protection.
3 - A PSP é autorizada a criar e manter um ficheiro de dados de natureza pessoal para os fins previstos na presente secção, sem prejuízo da observância das regras constitucionais e legais em matéria de proteção de dados.
4. The PSP is also responsible for cooperating and exchanging relevant information with the competent authorities of the other Member States of the European Union or of the States Parties to the Implementing Convention in order to give effect to the recognition and enforcement of removal decisions under the preceding Article.
4 - Compete igualmente à PSP cooperar e proceder ao intercâmbio das informações pertinentes com as autoridades competentes dos outros Estados membros da União Europeia ou dos Estados Partes na Convenção de Aplicação para pôr em prática o reconhecimento e execução de decisões de afastamento, nos termos do artigo anterior.
