1. Third-country nationals wishing to fill a job offer submit their application, preferably electronically, to the address designated by the employer.
1 - Os cidadãos nacionais de países terceiros que pretendam ocupar uma oferta de emprego apresentam a sua candidatura, preferencialmente por via electrónica, para endereço próprio da entidade empregadora.
2. Employers send the selected foreign national an employment contract or a promise of an employment contract.
2 - As entidades empregadoras enviam ao cidadão estrangeiro selecionado contrato de trabalho ou promessa de contrato de trabalho.
3. All the procedures referred to in the preceding paragraphs shall be carried out by electronic communication, without prejudice to the use of other means of communication.
3 - Todos os procedimentos referidos nos números anteriores devem ser efetuados por comunicação eletrónica, sem prejuízo de recurso a outros meios de comunicação.
4. If the job offer is filled, the employer shall inform the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) for the purposes of paragraph 4 of the preceding Article.
4 - Caso a oferta de emprego seja preenchida, a entidade empregadora deve informar o IEFP, I. P., para os efeitos do n.º 4 do artigo anterior.
Check that applications go directly to the employer (preferably electronically), that the employer sends the selected candidate a contract or promise of contract, and the internal reference in paragraph 4 to Article 27(4).
