1. An application for a temporary stay visa under Article 55 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, shall be accompanied by documents attesting compliance with the requirements laid down in points (a) and (b) of that Article.
1 - O pedido de visto de estada temporária previsto no artigo 55.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, é acompanhado dos documentos que atestem o cumprimento dos requisitos previstos nas alíneas a) e b) do mesmo artigo.
2. Where the establishment from which the applicant is transferred is located in the country in which the applicant submits the application, the supporting documents may be issued by that establishment.
2 - Quando o estabelecimento de onde é transferido o requerente se situe no país em que apresente o pedido, os comprovativos podem ser emitidos por esse mesmo estabelecimento.
