1. Third-country nationals who reside in a Member State of the European Union and are lawfully employed by an undertaking established in a Member State of the European Union and who, while maintaining their employment relationship, travel to Portuguese territory to provide services do not require a residence visa or a temporary stay visa.
1 - Não carecem do visto de residência ou de estada temporária os cidadãos nacionais de países terceiros residentes num Estado membro da União Europeia e regularmente empregados numa empresa estabelecida num Estado membro da União Europeia que, mantendo o respectivo vínculo laboral, se desloquem a território português para prestar serviços.
2. The persons referred to in the preceding paragraph must, within three days of entering national territory, make the entry declaration to the competent security force, under Article 14 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended.
2 - Os cidadãos a que se refere o número anterior devem, no prazo de três dias após a entrada em território nacional, efetuar junto da força de segurança competente a declaração de entrada, nos termos do artigo 14.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual.
3. Once the circumstances referred to in paragraph 1 have been proven, the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) extends the stay under Article 71 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, for a period corresponding to the duration of the posting.
3 - Comprovadas as circunstâncias mencionadas no n.º 1, a AIMA, I. P., prorroga a permanência nos termos do artigo 71.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, pelo tempo de duração correspondente ao do destacamento.
