1. The grant of short-stay visas under Article 67(1) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, is subject to verification, if possible supported by documentary evidence, of the unforeseen reasons that prevented the applicant from presenting themselves with the required visa.
1 - A concessão de vistos de curta duração nos termos do n.º 1 do artigo 67.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, fica sujeita à verificação, se possível atestada por documento comprovativo, das razões imprevistas que impediram o requerente de se apresentar habilitado com o necessário visto.
2. The visas referred to in the preceding paragraph are issued by affixing a uniform-format visa sticker to the applicant’s travel document.
