1. An application for the temporary stay visa provided for in Article 54(1)(a) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, shall be accompanied by a medical report and by proof, issued by the official or officially recognised health establishment, that the applicant has secured inpatient admission or outpatient treatment.
