An application for a temporary stay visa under Article 54(1)(e) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, shall be accompanied by a document issued by the relevant federation confirming the exercise of the sporting activity, and by a statement of responsibility signed by the sports association or club, assuming responsibility for accommodation and for payment of any health care and repatriation costs.
O pedido de visto de estada temporária previsto na alínea e) do n.º 1 do artigo 54.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, é acompanhado de documento emitido pela respetiva federação, confirmando o exercício da atividade desportiva, bem como de termo de responsabilidade subscrito pela associação ou clube desportivo, assumindo a responsabilidade pelo alojamento e pelo pagamento de eventuais cuidados de saúde e despesas de repatriamento.
