1. The special visa provided for in Article 68 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, is issued on a uniform-format visa sticker, which is affixed to the relevant travel document.
1 - O visto especial previsto no artigo 68.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, é emitido em vinheta modelo tipo de visto, sendo esta aposta no respetivo documento de viagem.
2. Where the person presents themselves without a valid travel document, the sticker referred to in the preceding paragraph is affixed to a specific form.
2 - Caso o cidadão se apresente sem documento de viagem válido, a vinheta referida no número anterior é aposta em impresso próprio.
3. The special visa is valid for one entry into national territory and entitles its holder to a stay of up to 15 days.
