1. An application for a short-stay visa for seasonal work shall be accompanied by the following documents:
1 - O pedido de visto de curta duração para trabalho sazonal é acompanhado dos seguintes documentos:
a) An employment contract or promise of an employment contract concluded with a temporary employment agency or with an employer established in national territory, specifying the place, working hours and type of work, the duration, and the pay and paid holidays to which the worker is entitled;
a) Contrato ou promessa de contrato de trabalho celebrado com empresa de trabalho temporário ou com empregador estabelecido em território nacional, que identifique o local, horário e tipo de trabalho, duração, remuneração e férias pagas a que o trabalhador tem direito;
b) Proof of the occupational accident insurance provided by the employer;
b) Comprovativo do seguro de acidentes de trabalho disponibilizado pela entidade empregadora;
c) Proof of health insurance or proof of adequate cover;
c) Comprovativo do seguro de saúde ou prova de proteção adequada;
d) A lease or a loan-for-use agreement (contrato de comodato) for accommodation, or a statement of responsibility from the employer regarding the availability of accommodation and stating its conditions, where the accommodation conditions are not set out in the employment contract or promise of an employment contract;
d) Contrato de arrendamento ou contrato de comodato de alojamento ou termo de responsabilidade da entidade empregadora quanto à disponibilidade de alojamento com indicação das suas condições, caso as condições de alojamento não constem do contrato ou da promessa de contrato de trabalho;
e) Where applicable, a declaration issued by the entity competent to verify the requirements for exercising a profession which, in Portugal, is subject to special qualifications.
e) Quando aplicável, declaração emitida por entidade competente para a verificação dos requisitos do exercício de profissão que, em Portugal, se encontre sujeita a qualificações especiais.
2. For the purposes of assessing compliance with Article 56-A(1)(e) and (f) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) keeps an up-to-date list of temporary employment agencies.
2 - Para efeitos de aferição do disposto nas alíneas e) e f) do n.º 1 do artigo 56.º-A da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, o IEFP, I. P., mantém atualizada uma lista de empresas de trabalho temporário.
