1. Undertakings operating hotel establishments, supplementary tourist accommodation or tourist complexes, and anyone who provides accommodation to foreign nationals for consideration, must notify the GNR or the PSP of this by means of an accommodation form within three working days.
1 - As empresas exploradoras de estabelecimentos hoteleiros, meios complementares de alojamento turístico ou conjuntos turísticos, bem como todos aqueles que facultem, a título oneroso, alojamento a cidadãos estrangeiros, ficam obrigadas a comunicá-lo, no prazo de três dias úteis, por meio de boletim de alojamento, à GNR ou à PSP.
2. When the foreign national leaves that accommodation, the departure must be notified to the entities referred to in the preceding paragraph within the same time limit.
2 - Após a saída do cidadão estrangeiro do referido alojamento, o facto deve ser comunicado, no mesmo prazo, às entidades mencionadas no número anterior.
3. Accommodation forms produced under Article 15(4) are transmitted securely, in the manner to be laid down by order (portaria) of the member of the Government responsible for internal administration.
