A refugee who, using a travel document granted under this Law, has been in a country in relation to which they come within any of the situations provided for in paragraphs 1 to 4 of section C of Article 1 of the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, adopted at Geneva on 28 July 1951, must obtain a travel document from that country.
O refugiado que, utilizando o título de viagem concedido nos termos da presente lei, tenha estado em país relativamente ao qual adquira qualquer das situações previstas nos parágrafos 1 a 4 da secção C do artigo 1.º da Convenção Relativa ao Estatuto dos Refugiados, adoptada em Genebra em 28 de Julho de 1951, deve munir-se de título de viagem desse país.
