1. The authority responsible for border control is responsible for creating the individual file of visa-exempt third-country nationals, entering:
1 - Compete à autoridade responsável pelo controlo de fronteira criar o processo individual dos nacionais de países terceiros isentos de visto, introduzindo:
a) The data provided for in points (a), (b) and (c) of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article;
a) Os dados previstos nas alíneas a), b) e c) do n.º 1 do artigo anterior;
b) The facial image referred to in point (d) of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article;
b) A imagem facial referida na alínea d) do n.º 1 do artigo anterior;
c) Fingerprint data from the right hand, where possible, or otherwise the corresponding data from the left hand;
c) Os dados dactiloscópicos da mão direita, sempre que possível, ou os dados correspondentes da mão esquerda;
d) The data referred to in Article 16(6) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226, where applicable.
d) Os dados a que se refere o n.º 6 do artigo 16.º do Regulamento (UE) 2017/2226, caso aplicável.
2. The fingerprint data referred to in point (c) of the preceding paragraph must be of sufficient resolution and quality to be used in automated biometric matching.
2 - Os dados dactiloscópicos, a que se refere a alínea c) do número anterior, devem ter resolução e qualidade suficientes para serem utilizados em correspondências biométricas automatizadas.
3. The entry and exit records are entered in the individual file referred to in the preceding paragraphs, in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226.
3 - No processo individual a que se referem os números anteriores são introduzidos os registos de entrada e saída, de acordo com o disposto no artigo 17.º do Regulamento (UE) 2017/2226.
