1. The authority responsible for border control creates the individual file of a third-country national subject to the visa requirement, entering:
1 - A autoridade responsável pelo controlo de fronteira cria o processo individual do nacional de país terceiro sujeito à obrigação de visto, introduzindo:
a) Surname, first name or names, date of birth, nationality or nationalities, and gender;
a) Apelido, nome ou nomes próprios, data de nascimento, nacionalidade ou nacionalidades, e género;
b) The type and number of the travel document or documents and the three-letter code of the country issuing the travel document or documents;
b) Tipo e número do documento ou documentos de viagem e código de três letras do país emissor do documento ou documentos de viagem;
c) The date of expiry of the validity of the travel document or documents;
c) Data do termo do período de validade do documento ou documentos de viagem;
d) The facial image, as provided for in Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226.
d) Imagem facial, conforme disposto no artigo 15.º do Regulamento (UE) 2017/2226.
2. The entry and exit records are entered in the individual file referred to in the preceding paragraph, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226.
2 - No processo individual referido no número anterior são introduzidos os registos de entrada e saída, em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 16.º do Regulamento (UE) 2017/2226.
