1. Access to the international zone of airports, during a stopover or a transfer between international connections, by foreign nationals who are subject to the airport transit visa requirement under this Law is conditional on holding that visa.
1 - O acesso à zona internacional dos aeroportos, em escala ou em transferência de ligações internacionais, por parte de cidadãos estrangeiros sujeitos à obrigação de visto de escala, nos termos da presente lei, fica condicionada à titularidade do mesmo.
2. Access to the international zone of the port is restricted and subject to authorisation by the National Republican Guard (GNR).
2 - A zona internacional do porto é de acesso restrito e condicionado à autorização da GNR.
3. The head of the maritime border crossing point may grant authorisations for access to the international zone of the port for specific purposes, in particular visits or the provision of services on board.
3 - Podem ser concedidas, pelo responsável do posto de fronteira marítima, autorizações de acesso à zona internacional do porto para determinadas finalidades, designadamente visita ou prestação de serviços a bordo.
4. A fee is payable for the issue of authorisations for access to the international zone of the port and for boarding vessels.
4 - Pela emissão das autorizações de acesso à zona internacional do porto e de entrada a bordo de embarcações é devida uma taxa.
5. At maritime border crossing points, shore leave permits may be granted to crew members of vessels and to ship passengers for the period during which they remain in port.
5 - Nos postos da fronteira marítima podem ser concedidas licenças para vir a terra a tripulantes de embarcações e a passageiros de navios, durante o período em que os mesmos permaneçam no porto.
6. The permit allows its beneficiary to move within the area adjacent to the port and is granted by the GNR upon application by the shipping agents, accompanied by a statement of responsibility.
6 - A licença permite ao beneficiário a circulação na área contígua ao porto e é concedida pela GNR mediante requerimento dos agentes de navegação acompanhado de termo de responsabilidade.
7. Short-stay visas may be granted at maritime border crossing points, as provided for in this Law.
