In the case of Article 10(1)(b), where the acquisition was made for consideration, the acquisition value is as follows:
No caso da alínea b) do n.º 1 do artigo 10.º, o valor de aquisição, quando esta haja sido efetuada a título oneroso, é o seguinte:
a) In the case of shares, autonomous warrants, certificates referred to in Article 10(1)(g) or other securities listed on a regulated market, the cost proven by documentary evidence or, failing that, the lowest quoted price recorded in the two years preceding the date of disposal, unless a lower value is declared;
a) Tratando-se de partes sociais, warrants autónomos, certificados referidos na alínea g) do n.º 1 do artigo 10.º ou de outros valores mobiliários cotados em mercado regulamentado, o custo documentalmente provado ou, na sua falta, o da menor cotação verificada nos dois anos anteriores à data da alienação, se outro menos elevado não for declarado;
b) In the case of quota holdings, other shares, autonomous warrants, certificates referred to in Article 10(1)(g) or other securities not listed on a regulated market, the cost proven by documentary evidence or, failing that, their nominal value;
b) Tratando-se de quotas, outras partes sociais, warrants autónomos, certificados referidos na alínea g) do n.º 1 do artigo 10.º ou de outros valores mobiliários não cotados em mercado regulamentado, o custo documentalmente provado ou, na sua falta, o respetivo valor nominal;
c) In the case of assets or rights referred to in Article 24(4)(a), the amount taken into account as the value of the asset or right at the date referred to therein;
c) Tratando-se de bens ou direitos referidos na alínea a) do n.º 4 do artigo 24.º, o quantitativo que tiver sido considerado como valor do bem ou direito na data aí referida;
d) In the case of assets or rights referred to in Article 24(4)(b), the subscription price or the price for exercising the right applicable to subscribers or right holders generally, or the market value;
d) Tratando-se de bens ou direitos referidos na alínea b) do n.º 4 do artigo 24.º, o preço de subscrição ou de exercício do direito para a generalidade dos subscritores ou dos titulares do direito ou o valor de mercado;
e) In the case of assets or rights referred to in Article 24(4)(e), the market value at the date referred to therein;
e) Tratando-se de bens ou direitos referidos na alínea e) do n.º 4 do artigo 24.º, o valor de mercado na data referida;
f) In the case of securities acquired by the holder of the right to exercise autonomous call warrants, the market price at the time of exercise.
f) Tratando-se de valores mobiliários adquiridos pelo titular do direito de exercício de warrants autónomos de compra, o preço de mercado no momento do exercício.
