Article 435 Appointment

1. The members of the general and supervisory board are appointed in the articles of association or elected by the general meeting or the constituent meeting.

1 - Os membros do conselho geral e de supervisão são designados no contrato de sociedade ou eleitos pela assembleia geral ou constitutiva.

2. Article 391(3) to (6) applies to the appointment of members of the general and supervisory board.

2 - À designação dos membros do conselho geral e de supervisão aplica-se o disposto nos n.os 3 a 6 do artigo 391.º

3. The rules laid down in Article 392 also apply, with the necessary adaptations, to the election of members of the general and supervisory board.

3 - Aplicam-se ainda à eleição dos membros do conselho geral e de supervisão as regras estabelecidas pelo artigo 392.º, com as necessárias adaptações.
