1. Without prejudice to Article 42-A, an application for the grant of a residence permit submitted by a person who has held a temporary residence permit for at least five years shall be accompanied by documents containing the following information:
1 - Sem prejuízo do disposto no artigo 42.º-A, o pedido de concessão de autorização de residência apresentado por titular de autorização de residência temporária há pelo menos cinco anos é acompanhado dos documentos dos quais constem os seguintes elementos:
a) Identification details and other relevant details contained in a valid travel document;
a) Elementos de identificação e outros elementos relevantes constantes de documento de viagem válido;
b) Information proving the availability of means of subsistence;
b) Informação comprovativa da disposição de meios de subsistência;
c) Information proving that accommodation is available;
c) Informação comprovativa da existência de condições de alojamento;
d) Criminal record information in Portugal, obtained by the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA);
d) Informação sobre antecedentes criminais em Portugal, pela AIMA, I. P.;
e) Legally recognised information proving knowledge of basic Portuguese.
e) Informação legalmente reconhecida e comprovativa do conhecimento de português básico.
4. The application shall also be accompanied by information proving that the applicant’s tax and contribution position with the tax administration and social security is regularised.
4 - O pedido é, ainda, acompanhado de informação comprovativa da situação contributiva regularizada junto da administração fiscal e da segurança social.
5. Foreign nationals who are granted a permanent residence permit shall be issued a residence card valid for five years, renewable for equal periods.
5 - Aos cidadãos estrangeiros a quem seja concedida autorização de residência permanente, é emitido um título de residência válido por cinco anos, renovável por iguais períodos.
