1. Without prejudice to Article 42-A, an application for the grant of a residence permit under this article may be submitted by research centres, higher education institutions or other public or private entities, in particular companies, hosting teaching, highly qualified and cultural activities.
1 - Sem prejuízo do disposto no artigo 42.º-A, o pedido de concessão de autorização de residência nos termos do presente artigo pode ser apresentado pelos centros de investigação, os estabelecimentos de ensino superior ou outras entidades públicas ou privadas, nomeadamente empresas, que acolham atividade de docência, altamente qualificada e cultural.
4. Applications for the grant of a temporary residence permit or of an EU Blue Card, provided for in Articles 90 and 121-B respectively of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, are accompanied by information proving any of the requirements laid down in paragraph 1 of those articles.
