1. Without prejudice to Article 42-A, an application for a residence permit under Article 124-B of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, shall be accompanied by the information referred to in paragraph 1 of that Article and by information proving legal entry into national territory.
1 - Sem prejuízo do disposto no artigo 42.º-A, o pedido de autorização de residência ao abrigo do artigo 124.º-B da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, deve ser acompanhado dos elementos referidos no n.º 1 do referido artigo, bem como da informação comprovativa da entrada legal em território nacional.
2. Intra-corporate transferees moving within an undertaking certified under Article 124-B(3) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, are exempt from providing the information referred to in Article 124-B(1)(b), (c), (e), (h) and (i) of that Law.
2 - Os elementos previstos nas alíneas b), c), e), h) e i) do n.º 1 do artigo 124.º-B da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, são dispensados aos trabalhadores transferidos dentro de uma empresa certificada nos termos do n.º 3 do mesmo artigo.
3. The preceding paragraphs apply to a holder of an ICT residence card granted by another Member State of the European Union who applies for a residence permit for long-term mobility under Article 124-E of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended.
3 - O disposto nos números anteriores é aplicável ao titular de título de residência ICT concedido por outro Estado membro da União Europeia que requeira uma autorização de residência para mobilidade de longa duração nos termos do artigo 124.º-E da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual.
