3. To prove that the investment provided for in Article 3(1)(d)(ii) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, has been maintained, the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) verifies of its own motion that the minimum number of jobs required has been maintained.

13. To prove that the investment provided for in point (d)(v) of Article 3 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, has been maintained, the applicant shall submit a declaration issued by a public or private scientific research institution forming part of the national scientific and technological system, attesting that no subsequent changes attributable to the applicant have occurred that have compromised the support provided.
13 - Para prova de manutenção do investimento previsto na subalínea v) da alínea d) do artigo 3.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, o requerente deve apresentar declaração emitida por instituição pública ou privada de investigação científica integrada no sistema científico e tecnológico nacional, atestando que não se verificaram alterações supervenientes, imputáveis ao requerente, que tenham comprometido o apoio concedido.
14. To prove that the investment provided for in point (d)(vi) of Article 3 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, has been maintained, the applicant shall submit:

a) A declaration issued by the Office for Cultural Strategy, Planning and Assessment (Gabinete de Estratégia, Planeamento e Avaliação Culturais), attesting that no subsequent changes attributable to the applicant have occurred that have compromised the investment made or support provided;

15. To prove that the investment provided for in point (d)(vii) of Article 3 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, has been maintained, the applicant shall submit:

a) A certificate proving ownership of the fund units, free of charges and encumbrances, issued by the entity responsible for keeping an up-to-date register of unit holders under the law, the fund’s management regulations or a contractual instrument;
a) Certificado comprovativo da titularidade das unidades de participação, livre de ónus e encargos, emitido pela entidade à qual caiba a responsabilidade de manter um registo atualizado dos titulares de unidades de participação, nos termos da lei, do respetivo regulamento de gestão ou de instrumento contratual;
b) A declaration issued by the management company of the investment fund concerned, attesting that the conditions of the investment have been maintained.

16. Maintenance of the investment provided for in Article 3(1)(d)(viii) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, is demonstrated through access to commercial register information attesting that the company incorporated continues to exist or that the shareholding acquired is still held, with AIMA verifying of its own motion that the minimum number of jobs required has been maintained.
16 - A demonstração da manutenção do investimento previsto na subalínea viii) da alínea d) do n.º 1 do artigo 3.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, é feita através do acesso a informação sobre registo comercial que ateste a manutenção da sociedade constituída ou a titularidade da participação social adquirida, verificando a AIMA, I. P., oficiosamente a manutenção do número mínimo de postos de trabalho exigido.
17. AIMA may request an opinion from the competent national bodies on compliance with the legal requirements applicable by reason of the investment.
17 - A AIMA, I. P., pode solicitar a entidades nacionais competentes parecer sobre o cumprimento dos requisitos legais em razão do investimento.
