1. The application for a residence permit provided for in Article 91-C of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, is supported by documents as provided for in Articles 53 and 54.
2. If, within 30 days of the date of submission of the application referred to in the preceding paragraph, AIMA does not communicate its objection in writing under Article 91-A(5) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, a statement confirming authorisation of residence in national territory for study or research purposes shall be issued immediately.
