1. Family reunification may be authorised with:
1 - O reagrupamento familiar pode ser autorizado com:
a) The partner who, in national territory or outside it, is in a de facto union with the resident foreign national, duly proven in accordance with the law;
a) O parceiro que mantenha, em território nacional ou fora dele, com o cidadão estrangeiro residente uma união de facto, devidamente comprovada nos termos da lei;
b) The unmarried minor or incapacitated children, including the adopted children, of the de facto partner, provided that they have been legally entrusted to that partner.
b) Os filhos solteiros menores ou incapazes, incluindo os filhos adoptados do parceiro de facto, desde que estes lhe estejam legalmente confiados.
2. The provisions on the exercise of the right to family reunification apply, with the necessary adaptations, to family reunification under the preceding paragraph.
2 - Ao reagrupamento familiar nos termos do número anterior são aplicáveis, com as necessárias adaptações, as disposições relativas ao exercício do direito ao reagrupamento familiar.
