1. A residence permit for the purpose of carrying out an investment activity shall be granted to third-country nationals who cumulatively:
1 - É concedida autorização de residência, para efeitos de exercício de uma atividade de investimento, aos nacionais de Estados terceiros que, cumulativamente:
a) Meet the general requirements laid down in Article 77, with the exception of paragraph 1(a) thereof;
a) Preencham os requisitos gerais estabelecidos no artigo 77.º, com exceção da alínea a) do n.º 1;
c) Regularise their stay in Portugal within 90 days of the date of first entry into national territory;
c) Regularizem a estada em Portugal dentro do prazo de 90 dias a contar da data da primeira entrada em território nacional;
d) Meet the requirements laid down in Article 3(1)(d).
d) Preencham os requisitos estabelecidos na alínea d) do n.º 1 do artigo 3.º
2. The residence permit shall be renewed for periods of two years, in accordance with this Law, provided that the applicant proves that they continue to meet any one of the requirements of Article 3(1)(d).
2 - É renovada a autorização de residência por períodos de dois anos, nos termos da presente lei, desde que o requerente comprove manter qualquer um dos requisitos da alínea d) do n.º 1 do artigo 3.º
